How quickly will we hear back after submitting the form?
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST), you will receive a personal response within one hour. Outside business hours, we respond by 9:00 AM the next business day. Emergency security incidents receive priority response regardless of time — contact us directly at incident@thedigitalbite.com or call.
What does an initial consultation include?
The first conversation is a 30-minute introductory call — no cost, no obligation. We listen to your situation, ask clarifying questions, and share initial observations. If there's a fit, we'll outline potential next steps and provide a written recommendation or proposal within a few business days. If we're not the right firm for your needs, we'll tell you honestly and, where possible, point you in the right direction.
Is there a minimum engagement size or contract requirement?
No. We work with organizations ranging from growing businesses to mid-size enterprises. Some engagements are single assessments completed in two weeks. Others are ongoing advisory relationships spanning years. We'll recommend the scope that fits your situation — not the scope that fits our revenue targets.
Do you work with businesses outside of Costa Rica?
Our primary focus is serving businesses operating in Costa Rica. However, we also support organizations in the broader Central American and Caribbean region, and we work with international companies that have operations in Costa Rica. If you're unsure whether we can help, reach out — the initial conversation will clarify quickly whether there's a fit.
Can I meet with your team in person?
Yes. We are based in San José, Costa Rica, and welcome in-person meetings for clients in the Greater Metropolitan Area. We also conduct consultations by video call (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet) for clients who prefer virtual engagement or are located outside the GAM. Initial consultations are typically virtual; in-person meetings are common as engagements progress.
